Auribeau Sur Siagne is one example of the small villages located in this beautiful region. Located in South of Châteauneuf de Grasse, this charming place is surrounded by the hills and mountains of Alpes-Maritimes. Plan de la tour is also surrounded by beautiful pine and oak forests and in close proximity to Saint Tropez.

The Provencal village of Opio is nestled in 1000 acres of forest. Its 15th century olive mill is still in full production and flowers there are grown especially for the perfume industry. Also, set in the hilltops, Grasse overlooks the whole Côte d’Azur region and is the perfume capital of the world.

Valbonne is also located within the heart of this picturesque region. Comprised of flowery streets, shady terraces and a variety of cuisine options, these are only three of this village’s attractions.

The medieval village of Mougins plays host to truly exquisite French architecture which has been lovingly restored. This lovely parish has attracted many famous and historic figures over the years of its existence, including Yves Saint Laurent, Winston Churchill, Christian Dior and Pablo Picasso.

Consisting of narrow streets and alleys which are united by tiny squares, Bar sur Loup is home to a charming old wash house. This chateau is located at the centre of the village, where you can indulge in fantastic country and mountain views. Tourrettes sur Lup is also a medieval fortified village. Known for its violets and panoramic sea views.

Ramatuelle is also small village. Consisting of beautiful churches, memorials, lighthouses, woodlands and vineyards, these stunning parishes are in easy reach of Saint Tropez by road.

Peymeinade is a peaceful town located at the foot of Alps. Surrounded by olives groves and 18th century pastel fronted houses, it is in close proximately to the Grasse.

Known as the ‘City of Art’, Vence has been home to a selection of well-known artists and painters. A medieval city with a great deal of history and a range of fantastic restaurants and music festivals; Vence also provides escapism with its countryside spaces for those who are looking for quieter life.

The village of Biot is also well recognised for its contribution to the craft industry. Home to the La Verrerie glasshouse, where Biot’s glass-blowing tradition began, Biot is well known for its bubble glass products and decorative pottery.
